Why to Outsource?

The reasons to outsource are very simple ether You have a product or provide service, what You can offer to a large amount of Clients or You want to reach out to more people , but save money on workforce.
Does not matter witch one is the choice, but the reasons to outsource are very simple and plain.
Starting from saving money on getting a work force, that may not work for more then a couple of month, save on taxes and resources or other costs that may come up, but let me show You some hidden things that can help you to  make up your mind for or against this option-
1) save time in finding the right person and training it (that actually goes together with saving money, because You can put all your concentration straight up for Your Client, instead of focusing on training someone)
2) You save up on costs, that include utilities, taxes, electricity and other sources the worker will use
3) You don't have to worry what to do if one or the other of the provided sources for work will break down (all devices)
4) You don't have to stop Your Project if Your chosen worker decides it is time to leave(and get back to the 1st point)
5) You increase effectivety  of lead generation(this goes mostly out to Businesses that have to find a client arrange a meeting and go to it, instead Your manager can just focus on the Client he has to go to)
Some stereo types, that usually disturb people to choose Outsourced telemarketers:
1) They wont call in my name
2) I can not track how they do the job
3) they just do calls without understanding my specifics
4) the Price seems high and I don't understand where the money goes to 
5) they may  give away any information that is sensitive to my business.
Well no Outsourcing company names them self after introducing them to the client all the benefits are going straight to Your Business
The Client actually does not have the feeling that you are using an Outsourcing company
You can easily track the work of Your Project as most companies provide call recording, regular sum up for the project.
All Outsourcing companies (ok , not all but most will get into Your company as a shadow, to provide a service as excellent as Yours so, that the Client whom we reach out would not even get the slightest idea that we are not part of the big organ)
The Price is high, only if You just look up with a quick view, if You look closer and calculate the original cost it would cost you to employ someone inside Your company instead of Outsourcing, You will come to realize, that You may save up up to 30%-40% of the original cost of what You would spend.
No Outsourcing company can dissapier, because You are legally signed together with a contract
And by calculating on how much income will increase if You allow Your agents to concentrate on already ready meetings, You will have to admit, that the sums will put a smile on Your face at the end of the day.
Because, to do cold calling is one of the most Physiologically difficult thing to do and to learn. Because, You have to hear that small negative Word -No! 90% more then something good, and that can actually drastically decrease the effective of Your own worker. think about it!- Do You want to provide a good and friendly service/product and have a comfortable environment, or just use Your workers as  Donkeys?
