How to endurce someone to be motivated

There is no big secret, to do a job, what is mostly constant and has a routine, can get a bit depressing.
But when You have people working for You or maybe You lack this there can be some thing that may help.
Actually it is quite easy but also very hard to motivate and be motivated, as it needs not only inspiration, hard work, but also some changes in Your own behavior.
Every one knows the key to success is to work hard and do Your best and know, the better You perform, the better result You get as an individual or/and as a Company. But You have to agree,it puts a lot of pressure, but who loves that?
So the first step is actualy to understand, what is a good motiovation?
I learned, that the best is to allow every one to motivate them self in the way they like it, just You have to keep a track to that, the chosen way is not taking too much time from fulfilling the Goals.
If You are a group leader, then You know there are 3 types of motivating Your co-workers
  • Short time (Giving them a prize or raze)
  • Long time (Constant benefits and so on. BUT here You also get the routine + sooner or later You will have to stop giving benefits as naturally the ideas may run out  )
  • Putting pressure (The worst to do!If Your workers have so much pressure and they fail to make it how You want it, gradually it will make them hate their work, and at a point of time it will also reflect on Your Company)
So if all are Bad, what is left? Actually not all are bad. But You have to understand that a small dosage of all will work fine.
But I would like to also give an Idea how to make it more individal.
As there are different genders, ages, subcultures and interests in the game, You have to understand that one wont work fr all, but also You can not pamper every one. So what to do?
Make a black board and ask every one to call out their interests or hobbies, something they ay like.
Like one may say theathre another hunting another may say death metal. Keep a track who said what. And then You can make a Prize list (This is the short time motivation what can also individualy go over as long term)
Make it a tradition!
The long term- make it harder to achieve, not buy rising the Goals, but by allowing Your co-workers be part of making ideas what could benefit the Company! Very important here is not to turn down any idea, because sometimes it may seem crazy for You but effect for the Business. This will bring in some Fresh ideas + Your employees will feel important! Because remember- You would be no where if You would not have them.  
  Now to the Individual Part.
Evry one knows, there are bad days, good days, so-so days, and days what should be locked up. Mostly the Bad goes for longer then wanted, as we concentrate on it, thet is just human. But You have to get over it.
SO what to do?
Easy do that what makes You feel the best , if You feel good, also every thing will turn out good, just stick to the idea,
For me as an individual the best things are
  • Music
  • Imagening how I could approuch the client and make a WOW!efect
  • Make a nice drink
  • Read Comics
  • Stress balls, stress toys! Maybe punching someone (This works only with good friends)
  • Go social and do something crazy.
  • Read, sing, dance.
  • Get a picture of Your Boss or person You hate , print it out and trow darts 
  • Make Yourself - Yourself. If You got the job and they did not fire You , that means they found something in YOU! YOU are important. and Yes You can do the job.
  • If You have still problems motivating Yourself, hit me up, I always have an ear to help Out.
But You always have to remember, to stay focused on the goal, and Yourself, and eventualy You can make it Big!

Why to Outsource?

The reasons to outsource are very simple ether You have a product or provide service, what You can offer to a large amount of Clients or You want to reach out to more people , but save money on workforce.
Does not matter witch one is the choice, but the reasons to outsource are very simple and plain.
Starting from saving money on getting a work force, that may not work for more then a couple of month, save on taxes and resources or other costs that may come up, but let me show You some hidden things that can help you to  make up your mind for or against this option-
1) save time in finding the right person and training it (that actually goes together with saving money, because You can put all your concentration straight up for Your Client, instead of focusing on training someone)
2) You save up on costs, that include utilities, taxes, electricity and other sources the worker will use
3) You don't have to worry what to do if one or the other of the provided sources for work will break down (all devices)
4) You don't have to stop Your Project if Your chosen worker decides it is time to leave(and get back to the 1st point)
5) You increase effectivety  of lead generation(this goes mostly out to Businesses that have to find a client arrange a meeting and go to it, instead Your manager can just focus on the Client he has to go to)
Some stereo types, that usually disturb people to choose Outsourced telemarketers:
1) They wont call in my name
2) I can not track how they do the job
3) they just do calls without understanding my specifics
4) the Price seems high and I don't understand where the money goes to 
5) they may  give away any information that is sensitive to my business.
Well no Outsourcing company names them self after introducing them to the client all the benefits are going straight to Your Business
The Client actually does not have the feeling that you are using an Outsourcing company
You can easily track the work of Your Project as most companies provide call recording, regular sum up for the project.
All Outsourcing companies (ok , not all but most will get into Your company as a shadow, to provide a service as excellent as Yours so, that the Client whom we reach out would not even get the slightest idea that we are not part of the big organ)
The Price is high, only if You just look up with a quick view, if You look closer and calculate the original cost it would cost you to employ someone inside Your company instead of Outsourcing, You will come to realize, that You may save up up to 30%-40% of the original cost of what You would spend.
No Outsourcing company can dissapier, because You are legally signed together with a contract
And by calculating on how much income will increase if You allow Your agents to concentrate on already ready meetings, You will have to admit, that the sums will put a smile on Your face at the end of the day.
Because, to do cold calling is one of the most Physiologically difficult thing to do and to learn. Because, You have to hear that small negative Word -No! 90% more then something good, and that can actually drastically decrease the effective of Your own worker. think about it!- Do You want to provide a good and friendly service/product and have a comfortable environment, or just use Your workers as  Donkeys?

The New Mecca of Outsourcing?

Good Day!
As said most of my posts will be linked with my job. So now I want to give away some information.
Those who are in Business and have a need of Outsourced work stuff (Soon I will also write why to Outsource in total,) know, the Mecca of Offshore Outsourcing is in India, China and Philippines, but what is that a lot of People don't know, is that the Baltics are a rising star in Outsourcing, Estonia is listed as the 11th top destination, Lithuania 14, and see what they say about Latvia on they 13th top destination where to outsource- Lativa and some other European  countries engaged in a process of "internal devaluation", cutting wages and expenditures, and as a result were able to offer highly competitive cost structures.- http://www.rediff.com

What do I want to say?
Most people follow the leader Principe and do what is " cool" in other words, The Big companies, Choose India , China and Philippines, because they are well known, people already know it, and that gives them a feeling of being more safe. this is the reason why the Baltics for example are just on the 11th, 13th and 14th destinations on Global Outsourcing. It is not about that that we give bad services, or that we are under educated or anything else, People are Just afraid. And I want to change it!
We provide as good as, not to mention actually better services then the top 3 countries, and the costs are still low. If you where thinking of outsourcing, then why not contact some BPO companies in the Baltics ?

As said My name Is Santa Chioma,
  I am a project manager at CatekCapital Outsourcing, I am mentioning this only because, there will be a lot of posts that go together with my field and my work. So don't mind it if You came for some kinda information about Banking or so , but You are welcome, to read my thoughts and posts, and maybe "take a bite " also for You!
  People who are lawyers are easily categorized as people who can do everything!Same goes for People who had a foot into Outsourcing.
it is not always the most grateful Job or prestige , but it will give you some heck of experience. Just take it as it is and the things the Job gives You!
  So did I! I started my career at a normal BPO company, doing a lot of projects, and learning some life lessons, what I can use every day. I am grateful and give my Respect to my ex-supervisors and employers.
  I started from the bottom with less then a minimum wage , I sold food - supplements, but I worked my self up to a level, where I got a recognized name between clients. I took all loses , all experiences, all what the job was giving me, to form my own ideas, strategies and possibilities, and I understood, I have to change the market, and make people realize some things. Starting from me as an outsourcer to the Potential Clients.
